Home / Property Care / Snow Removal & Seasonal Property Maintenance
One number to call when the weather turns. Snow removal in winter, spring and fall cleanups, and year-round seasonal maintenance — same crew, every visit.
How we approach it
Annual-contract properties are cleared first after every snow event — before the morning commute, before the kids are out for school. Per-storm and walk-up requests are served after the plan route is done.
The team that mows your lawn in July is the team that plows your drive in January. No subcontracted strangers, no rotating faces. The crew lead knows your property, the catch basins to avoid, the spots that drift first.
Heavy snow, ice events, downed limbs, sudden thaw flooding — one number to call when the weather turns. We respond. We bring the equipment. We don't quote you in the middle of a storm.
What's included
Common questions
Per-storm pricing: $45–$85 per visit for a standard drive and walks. Seasonal plans: $400–$900 for the full Michigan winter, depending on the property and storm frequency. Plans include unlimited visits — you don't pay more in a bad year.
Plan customers are cleared within 6–12 hours of storm-end, depending on event size. Heavy events (8+ inches overnight) may push that. We work routes geographically, so neighbors are often cleared back-to-back.
For overnight events, yes — plan customers are typically cleared between 4 AM and 7 AM so the drive is open for the morning commute. Per-storm walk-ups are cleared during normal daylight rounds.
Most are billed monthly across the winter for an even monthly amount — easier to budget than per-storm invoicing. Annual upfront is also available at a small discount. Plans cover all snow events from November through March.
