Yes. We come out, look at the basement with you, explain what we see, and email a written estimate within one business day. No deposit, no obligation, no high-pressure script.
How long does an installation take?+
Most perimeter drainage installs are 2–3 days from arrival to clean-up. Crack injections are typically same-day. Foundation repairs vary — we give you a written timeline before starting.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes. We work with two Michigan-based lenders to offer 0% promotional financing on qualifying installs. Ask during your estimate and we'll walk through options.
What does the warranty actually cover?+
Our perimeter drainage warranty is lifetime, fully transferable to the next homeowner, and covers any leaks at the wall-floor joint we treated. Coverage and conditions are spelled out in plain English on a one-page written warranty we hand you in a folder at install.
