How much does residential lawn care cost in Southeast Michigan?+
Weekly mowing for a typical quarter-acre lot runs $45–$70 per visit, depending on terrain and obstacles. Biweekly service is slightly higher per visit. Full landscape maintenance plans (mowing + beds + seasonal cleanups) range $150–$320 per month. We give a flat written quote based on a walk-through.
What's included in a typical visit?+
Mowing, edging, string-trimming around obstacles, blowing off the walks and drive, and a short walk-through note about anything we noticed (a downed limb, a clogged downspout, an irrigation head spraying the foundation). Beds, mulch, and plantings are scheduled separately or included in monthly plans.
Do you handle full landscaping or just mowing?+
Both. Mowing-only service is fine if that's what you need. Most existing Quali-Dry homeowners pair mowing with bed maintenance, seasonal mulch, and fall cleanups so the whole property is on one schedule.
Can I sign up mid-season?+
Yes. We add new properties any time of year. If the lawn needs a one-time reset before regular service starts — overgrown grass, missed cleanups — we'll quote that as a separate visit so the recurring rate stays clean.
