Property cleanups & brush removal.

Bring an overgrown or neglected property back into shape. Storm damage, leaves, brush, full lot recovery — handled in one visit, hauled away clean.

How we approach it

The Quali-Dry
approach.

01

One visit, properly.

Not piecemeal. A full property reset in a single coordinated visit — leaves, brush, debris, downed limbs, overgrown beds. We arrive with the crew, the trailer, and the haul-away capacity to actually finish in a day.

02

Hauled away, never in piles.

Everything leaves with us. No tarps in the driveway, no "we'll get it next time." The property looks finished when we drive off — that's the standard.

03

Built for what's next.

Whether it's pre-sale reset, an inherited or vacant property recovery, or just resetting your own yard — we leave it ready for the next stage. Sometimes that next stage is ongoing care. Sometimes it's a sign in the yard. Either way, the foundation reads clean.

Common questions

What homeowners
ask us first.

How much does a full property cleanup cost?+

A standard residential cleanup (one quarter-acre lot, normal debris load) runs $400–$900 for a single visit. Overgrown lot recovery and post-storm cleanup price higher, depending on brush volume and access. We give a written quote after a walk-through — no surprises.

How long does it take to recover an overgrown property?+

Most overgrown residential lots are recoverable in one day with the right crew and equipment. Larger properties or properties that haven't been maintained in years may take two days. We give a written timeline before we start.

Do you handle large brush piles and downed trees?+

We handle brush and small trees as part of cleanup work. Major tree work (large trunks, climbing, stump grinding) we sub to a licensed arborist partner and coordinate the whole job so you call one number.

Can you do this in late fall before snow?+

Yes — and you should. Late-fall cleanups are the single best thing you can do for next spring's basement. Leaves packed against the foundation hold moisture through every freeze-thaw cycle. Get them off in November.
